Ashtrom Properties in partnership with Dan Real Estate is initiating and developing the AMAD project. On what is currently a car park for buses in the industrial area south of Bat Yam, we will build a unique, innovative and large-scale complex with mixed uses of employment, residences and retail.

AMAD is a large, unique project for the city of Bat Yam, also thanks to the mixed uses in the project. We are planning to establish a special project that will contain offices in various sizes and for various purposes, retail areas, residential areas and public space – as part of realizing the Ashtrom Properties' vision of leading, initiating and planning projects that people will enjoy working, shopping, spending time and living in them around the clock. As a bonus, the location is just a short distance to the beach, enhancing the daily experience of the complex's residents and tenants.
