Ashtrom Properties in collaboration with Dan Nadlan is developing and designing the Lyfe C Tower, which will contain a vast range of offices and will connect all Lyfe Towers with a luxurious and inviting lobby, a common courtyard, seating areas, and lavish vegetation. The project’s smart design will offer an innovative work experience that is much more than just another day at the office. The Tower also includes areas for exercise, conferences, and food, as well as green spaces, unobstructed views of HaYarkon Park, and commercial areas.
Project Information
Lyfe C is part of a complex that includes two other buildings, A and B, whose construction has already been completed. Tower C, currently in design, will include 44 floors and an area of 113,000 sqm, equal in size to the area of both other towers together. This immense tower will complete the connection between the different towers, with the fifth floor’s inviting lobby shared by all buildings.

The design of Lyfe C will create a workplace people want to come to in the mornings. Each space, corridor, acoustic ceiling and area is designed so as to satisfy the needs of current employees as well as future talents. Start the day at the gym? Savor a nutritious dish at the food court? Listen to an enlightening lecture in the conference complex? Meet a colleague for a cup of coffee at the Eatup area? Our project will incorporate convenient and functional public spaces for the employees’ benefit and wellbeing, out of the belief that such spaces generate a productive and efficient work environment.
The tower will also provide the perfect business solution thanks to the design flexibility of the offices on each floor and the variety of services it will offer, such as Ashtrom Host – a cutting-edge app developed by Ashtrom Properties, that will allow every occupant to invite guests and reserve meeting rooms and parking spaces, and even report malfunctions. The rooftop garden, with an area of about 2,000 sqm, is the place to get some air and inspiration, as well as a strategic meeting place for interfaces and collaborations between the teams and businesses of all three towers.
